Ingredients For marinating 1. 500 gm Chicken (cut into bite size) 2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 3. 1 tbsp. Lime Juice 4. 3 tbsp. Kings Roasted Curry Powder or Chilli Powder 5. 1 tsp Cumin seeds 6. 1 tbsp. Coriander Powder 7.  1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic paste 8. Salt to taste For tempering 1.  1 tbsp. Fennel seeds 2. 1 tsp Cumin seeds 3. 2 Cardamom 4. 2 Cloves 5. 1 medium Cinnamon stick 6. 1 sprig of Curry leaves 7. 4 Green chillies 8. 1 Onion (chopped) 9. 1 cup potatoes (chopped) - optional 10. 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
